5 of 6 columns ready. One needs your answer.

WasteSheet does four steps. You do the last one.

The workbook leaves WasteSheet and crosses into your own government account. It never goes further without you.

  1. In WasteSheet

    Bring your export

CSV or Excel from the system your yard already uses. Choose the sheet and where the data starts.

  2. Set it up once

Confirm columns, formats and the facts your site, products and carriers always use. Missing answers stay visible.

  3. Review the loads

See what is ready, correct exceptions and choose the movements that go in.

  4. Download the workbook

Get the official receipt workbook for the ready loads you selected.

  5. In your account

    Upload it yourself

Use your own account, then check the upload result there.

WasteSheet never asks for your Government Gateway password and doesn't submit to the government service. Classifications, permits, hazardous and POP answers come from you.

Every fact says where it came from.

Each field in a review is tagged. It came from your file, from the site, product and carrier details you set up, or from a correction you made. Nothing is guessed.

On the next matching export, only new products or carriers need setup. Past reviews keep the facts they used at the time.

A ready workbook isn't a government acceptance. You check the workbook and the upload result.

Before you bring a file

Which files can I use?

UTF-8 CSV or Excel .xlsx, up to 10 MB and 10,000 data rows. Titled exports and multiple sheets are supported; you choose where the data starts.

What happens on the next export?

A matching layout and your organisation lists are reused. New products or carriers get a short setup step. You can explicitly recheck a review with current lists; this creates a separate review and preserves the original history.

How long is my history kept?

Source files, corrections and exported workbooks have 90-day history from the original upload. Download and retain your reporting records yourself; WasteSheet is not a permanent archive.

Who can see my files?

Authorised members of your organisation have access according to their role. Owners manage invitations. Preparing and downloading require owner or editor permissions. Read the privacy notice for processing and service-provider details.

What happens after the free trial?

The trial lasts 30 days for one confirmed receiving site, with no card and no automatic charge. Continued preparation/download access needs a separately agreed plan after expiry. Existing history follows its retention period. Contact wastesheet@froggyhub.com to discuss continued access.
