Business early access
WasteSheet terms
Effective 29 September 2026
The provider and service
WasteSheet is provided by Stephen Sunday, a sole trader trading as FroggyHub. WasteSheet and FroggyHub are product and trading names, not separate incorporated companies. Contact wastesheet@froggyhub.com.
These terms cover the business early-access service for preparing official DEFRA receipt workbooks from your organisation's exports. WasteSheet does not submit to the government service and is not endorsed by the government.
Your account and authority
You must be authorised to act for the organisation you use in WasteSheet. Keep your account secure and invite only authorised colleagues. Do not access another organisation's records, attack or disrupt the service, or upload unlawful material.
You retain your rights in uploaded material and allow us to process it to provide the service, including preparation, private history and support. Do not upload information you lack authority to share or process. The privacy notice describes account and file processing.
The free trial
The trial lasts 30 days for one confirmed receiving site. No card is required and nothing is charged automatically. Preparation/download access after expiry requires a separately agreed plan; we do not promise a fixed future price in these terms. Existing history continues to follow its retention period.
Contact us before expiry if you want to discuss continued access. Any paid offer and its terms must be separately agreed before charging.
Your review and submission
You are responsible for checking the source, corrections, classifications, hazardous and POP determinations, site and carrier details, selected movements and generated workbook. WasteSheet does not invent these business determinations or provide legal/classification advice.
You upload the workbook using your own government account and check whether it is accepted. A ready result means the converter's checks have passed for preparation; it is not a guarantee that a government upload will succeed. Files can contain errors these checks do not detect.
History and your own records
Source files, corrections and exported workbooks have 90-day history from the original upload. A recheck does not extend that expiry. Download and retain your original records and workbooks independently; this service is not a permanent archive.
Organisation owners control membership. Changing or retiring reusable list facts affects future uploads and explicit current-list rechecks; it does not silently rewrite historical reviews or exports.
Availability and changes
Early access may change or be interrupted. Contact us about material problems so we can investigate. We may restrict access used unlawfully or abusively, and may update these terms prospectively, with notice of material changes. Separately agreed paid terms are not changed retrospectively by this page.
Responsibility and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Responsibility for business losses and available remedies remains subject to applicable law and any separately agreed paid terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
